- You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
- After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.

I ordered two quenas from Andean Style Mall, one wood and one bamboo and I am very happy with them. They are definitely professional instruments and are very well made and finished. I am interested in a quena that is able to play three octaves. Can professional quena here do that? Also the holes better not too big as my fingers are not big or fat. Anyone here can kindly provide some information? Thanks
